P for Publicity: - distribution of flyers - distribution of door gifts - production of door gifts - marketing P in-charge: Cheryl A for administration - management - flow, sequence of activities on 16Jan - maintain order and discipline - stage performance (or in this case, AVA performance) A in-charge: wip choristers involved: committee members, Amirah Sabrina and Nina
G for Graphics - Overall in charge of the aesthetics and design - Designing of flyers - Total in charge for banners G in-charge: Dolly
Please cooperate with your respective ICs. Some choristers will be involved in two or more groups, so do not be surprised to find your name in an alien group. We will assign people here and there because we need the right people, for the right job. Please utilise your talents,Thank You. Yep, please do be more pro-active and please do not "attitude" us if you are unhappy with any decisions made. It is most important that the Choir benefits as a whole, thus i would like to seek your understanding.
Volunteering spirit will be greatly appreciated. =)
Updates 1) All of us will be wearing masks like this: (please do not be fussy because all we need is a cheap very affordable but presentable mask. Price: $1.80 for 10)
Each and every choristers are to make one each. That will give us 48 balloons. We will paint them red (our trademark) with some words e.g. Choir in yellow (our trademark again) and place them (most probably hanging them if thats possible) around the school leading the sec 1s to AVA room.
Miss Ong has already approved for Update 1 and Update 2. But update 2 has not yet been confirmed. We will do a voting on the next practice and will only proceed with the above plans if the majority agrees.
By the way, the G (banner) group has hung one banner. Can be seen in the school court yard. They will be coming up with two new banners soon. So we shall wait for their good news. The G (flyer) group will be conducting a meeting tomorrow [check previous entry by Sabrina Lee] and again, we will await for your good news. =) The P group had a met-up today and i wonder how your progress is. Hmm.
